Line Cooks. 2 temporary/full-time positions with RWR Nest, LLC DBA Eagles Nest Restaurant & Event Center from 10/1/2026 - 5/31/2027.

Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes. Safely utilize a variety of utensils and equipment to prepare and cook all @types of foods. Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to established guidelines. Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures. Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils. Line Cooks perform a variety of tasks associated with line cook services in fine dining establishment. Prepare food accurately and efficiently from menu in coordination with all other cooks and management to exact specifications of the restaurant. Working from a daily prep list: prep vegetables, fruits and stocks/soups/sauces, appetizers, hors d'oeuvre, desserts from scratch; portion meat and seafood/fish; read and prepare orders in timely manner working grill, saute, and cold food lines. Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies. Set up food stations for catering and assist with food preparation and traying and plating. Clean station equipment, sanitize all surfaces, put away all bowls, pots,

pans and utensils used in food preparation, and store leftover food as appropriate. Perform food safety and sanitation procedures including maintaining all health and safety guidelines.

Assist in removing trash from kitchen to proper outdoor receptacles. Assist with cleaning kitchen floor areas and refrigeration interiors. Assist with receiving and storing food and beverage

deliveries. Rotate products to ensure safe and fresh Ingredients. May also assist with dining room when needed, to include: cleaning tables; removing dirty dishes; replacing soiled table

linens; setting tables; replenishing supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes.

Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Standard workweek is Wednesday through Sunday. Post-hire upon suspicion of use and post-accident drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers.

On-the-job training will be provided to the worker.

Employer pays in advance or reimburses workers in the first workweek for all government-mandated and visa-related fees (excluding passport fees). For non-local workers (i.e., residing outside normal commuting distance), employer reimburses inbound travel costs at the 50% point in the contract (unless paid in advance). Inbound travel includes transportation costs from worker's permanent residence or place of recruitment, a daily meal subsistence (based on rates required by law, currently $16.78 per day minimum without receipts; and with receipts, $68.00 per day maximum for meals with $110.00 per day maximum for lodging), and reasonable lodging costs, if applicable. Travel reimbursements based on least-cost common carrier rate. Employer provides or pays outbound travel costs upon completion of the contract period or early dismissal, except where the worker has subsequent employment.

Employer guarantees to offer hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total contract period, beginning with the worker's first workday and ending on the contract end date or any extension thereof. Employer may count all hours worked, as well as any hours offered within the standard work schedule that a worker chooses to not work, up to the maximum number of daily hours on the job order.

Workers who voluntarily abandon employment are not entitled to payment for outbound travel costs or the full three-fourths period guarantee described above.

Employer provides without charge all tools, supplies and equipment (incl. uniforms, if applicable) necessary to perform duties assigned. If requested, employer helps non-local workers secure optional worker-paid lodging (not to exceed fair market value, based on number of occupants; cost TBD). Housing costs paid directly to landlord and are not payroll deducted.

JOB LOCATION:

2519 Mt Rose Ave York, PA 17402 in York county.

No daily transportation to/from workers' home and primary worksite. Such transportation complies with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws/regulations.

WAGE INFORMATION:

Wage rate is no less than $16.07 per Hour. Overtime hours vary at: $24.11 per Hour.

Raises and/or bonuses may be offered at employer's discretion, based on individual factors such as performance, skill, and tenure. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. The payroll period is weekly. Workers are paid by check on Friday. The standard work schedule is from 2:00 PM until 10:00 PM, Wednesday through Sunday.

Employer will offer 37.5 hours per week. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours, depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions.

Employer makes all payroll deductions required by law. Employer does not envision other workforce-wide payroll deductions.
