JOB REQUIREMENTS: The position acts as a payroll subject matter expert,
collaborating with HR, Finance and Other Departments to resolve issues,
maintain regulatory compliance, and enhance processes. This role will be
responsible for all quarter end and year end payroll tax activities.

You Do. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Payroll Related Duties:
Audit bi-weekly payroll to ensure accuracy and then obtain final
approval before payroll is completed. Own preparation of appropriate
payroll related period-end or year-end reports and entries. Review and
audit payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company
policies, procedures, and government regulations. Design, document, and
review payroll tax processing procedures. Research state and local
payroll, including tax rates and filing requirements. Prepare and
process higher level payroll transactions related to relocation, service
awards, etc. Assist as the backup to the Sr Payroll Administrator,
ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee payments. Provides
support, guidance, and mentorship to the Sr Payroll Administrator to
promote knowledge sharing and team effectiveness. Manage and execute
internal and external payroll related audits. Analyze and reconcile
payroll data after payroll is processed, identifying, and resolving
discrepancies as needed. Provide support for payroll-related projects,
such as system upgrades, implementation of new processes, and
development of policies and procedures. Respond to payroll inquiries as
