Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the OFFICE OF COMMUNITY PLANNING AND LIAISON of MARINE CORPS AIR STATION YUMA. Responsibilities You will conduct studies of support requirements for a wide variety of tenant and other organizations under the cognizance of the Support Agreement Program. You will get all letters of request for support from outside agencies and evaluate the parameters of support requested to determine proper course of action. You will review nature of support requests and perform organizational, manpower utilization, work measurement, methods and procedures and/or engineered time standard studies to establish levels and parameters of support. You will gather, analyze, and evaluate information relative to management processes. You will evaluate the effectiveness of organizational elements in accomplishing missions and measures efficiency of resources to determine if support can be provided. You will ensure projects, reports, and recommendations are compatible with the command's goals and guidelines. You will serve as the Command Liaison for military training within the community and aboard the Air Station coordinating support requirements and cost estimates. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Gathering and evaluating data to assist in identifying manpower or funding needs; and assisting in drafting routine support agreements or documentation using established guidelines to improve effectiveness and efficiencies in an organization. GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing data to determine manpower or funding requirements; preparing support agreements and documentation in compliance with applicable regulations and laws; and recommending solutions to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
