Summary About the Position: This position is located at the U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (YPG), with a duty location of Yuma Proving Ground, AZ. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes experience providing administrative support services to personnel and utilizing automated computer system to prepare documents. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-06. OR Education: One full year of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as Communications or Business Administration. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 18. Add the two percentages. Required Typing Proficiency: This position requires a typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute (WPM) based on 3 or fewer errors.
