Adecco Healthcare is hiring an Administrative Assistant for our client in San Luis Obispo, CA!

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 40 Hours per Week $29-$31 per Hour

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant to support Department Operations.

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll assist with day-today operations as well assisting with special projects.

What You'll Do

Perform general receptionist duties

Maintain Department records, reports and statistics

Maintain patient medical records and all related documents and reports

Oversee supplies and equipment inventories

Prepare all departmental memos, agendas, minutes and reports

Participate in Departmental performance improvement activities

Perform other job-related duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

6+ months of medical office/administrative assistance experience

Background directing workflow

Strong customer service and communication skills

Preferred Credentials

High School Diploma or GED

Pay Details: $29.00 to $31.00 per hour
