Skilled Carpenter

Are you a skilled carpenter looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents and grow your career? We are currently seeking a Carpenter to join our factory team, contributing to the production of high-quality modular housing components. This position starts as a temporary role, with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance and fit.

What You'll Do:

As part of our team, you'll:

Perform general carpentry tasks, such as framing, sheathing, and installing walls, floors, and ceilings.

Assemble and install cabinetry, doors, windows, and trim details with precision.

Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and digital plans.

Use hand and power tools to ensure consistent, high-quality results.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace while adhering to all safety protocols.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 3 years of carpentry experience.

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.

Strong understanding of carpentry principles, including framing and finishing techniques.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, and work overhead for extended periods.

Pay and Benefits:

Pay rate: $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience.

Temp-to-perm opportunity with room for growth within the company.

Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

About the Workplace:

This role is based in a factory environment, where you'll be exposed to construction materials, tools, and equipment. Some overtime or weekend work may be required based on production schedules.
