Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license under AU Driver Policy Requirements. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observed activity according to site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefront areas, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential issues.

Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support orderly operations, assist with access-related concerns, and report maintenance or security-related issues.

Assist with crowd management, lost person inquiries, and/or customer concerns while maintaining a professional presence and communicating with local management when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
