Our client, a leading organization in the automotive industry, is seeking a USSupplier Quality InspectorSenior to join their team. As a USSupplier Quality InspectorSenior, you will be part of the Engineering Services department supporting Supplier Quality initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Coordinate delivery crisis management and provide supply chain expertise to resolve crises effectively

Engage with stakeholders across Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Engineering to minimize operational impacts

Identify root causes of supply chain crises through detailed analysis and problem-solving techniques

Apply lean manufacturing principles to enhance manufacturing processes and efficiency

Communicate proactively with stakeholders during crisis situations to ensure transparency and coordinated response

What's Needed?

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supplier Development, Supplier Quality, or Supply Chain, preferably within the automotive industry

Strong skills in supply chain development and crisis management

Flexibility and readiness to travel on short notice as required

Ability to create clear, concise reports and communicate effectively with diverse audiences

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices
