Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team in an entry-level administrative role with the opportunity to grow into a sales-focused position over time. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and build a long-term career within a growing organization.
Responsibilities
Prepare and manage mailings, including data entry of mailing lists, generating inquiry letters, and creating marketing flyers.
Perform envelope preparation, including folding, stuffing, and applying postage.
Assist with mail merge functions in Microsoft Word (training provided).
Maintain and update zip code data and internal records for Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Perform filing, recordkeeping, and general administrative tasks as assigned.
Learn to utilize online search tools to support business needs.
Assist with data updates and documentation accuracy.
Support internal processes such as safekeeping and record organization.
Essential Skills
Strong computer and data entry skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Willingness to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus (training available).
Work Environment
The position is fully onsite with working hours on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. The dress code is business casual.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sonestown, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
