Work Location: In Person

Colorado statewide: Denver, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Grand Junction, Greeley, Canon City, Lone Tree, Alamosa, Durango, Steamboat Springs, Montrose, Cortez, Trinidad, Lamar, Sterling, Delta & many other cities/towns across Colorado

Alpaca Health is a statewide network of ABA therapists working across Colorado in homes, schools, and daycares. We're hiring certified RBTs and motivated people who are ready to become one. Either way, you'll work alongside a dedicated BCBA (provider) who mentors you from day one --- not a manager, not a corporate supervisor. Someone who's genuinely invested in your growth.

Two Ways To Join:

** Active RBT certification

Not certified yet
- We reimburse your 40-hour RBT training cost in full
- Paid position during mentorship and hands-on learning
- BCBA mentor from your first day
- Sit for your certification exam with full support
The job

You'll work one-on-one with kids with autism --- in their homes, their classrooms, and their communities across Colorado. Every day is different. You'll implement behavior plans, collect data, and build the kind of consistent relationship that helps kids actually grow. Your supervising BCBA is right there with you: no guessing, no flying solo.

You're a good fit if you

Genuinely enjoy working with children --- especially kids who need extra patience and creativity

Have an active RBT certification, OR the drive to earn one (we'll reimburse it and pay you while you train)

Have reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings --- our clients count on consistency

Come from education, childcare, psychology, social work, or any role that involved showing up for kids

Have a reliable vehicle to reach client homes and schools in your area

Can keep up physically --- this role involves getting on the floor, going outside, and staying active

Are at least 18 years old
