Administrative Assistant

Location: Milford, MA (On-Site, 5 Days Per Week)

Responsibilities

Process customer and vendor paperwork, including titles and registrations.

Review documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company requirements.

Enter and maintain information within company systems and databases.

Communicate with customers and vendors via phone and email to gather information and provide updates.

Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation.

Work closely with departments across the organization to ensure transactions move smoothly from start to finish.

Maintain organized records and files for reporting and operational purposes.

Help resolve issues and discrepancies while providing exceptional customer service.

Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Finance, Management, or a related field is a plus.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Internship, campus leadership, customer service, administrative, retail, hospitality, or office experience.

Experience working with Microsoft Office applications.

Familiarity with data entry, documentation review, or customer support environments.

Interest in developing a long-term career in sales operations, business administration, or customer support.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
