Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR GS-11 Minimum Qualifications: You must have one-year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: - Analyzing and interpreting data to support organizational objectives, identifying risks, and recommending corrective actions. - Developing reports, dashboards, and other deliverables to communicate insights and support operational, administrative, budget or resource management activities. - Applying analytical and organizational skills to advance program goals. OR Have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or LL.M., if related. OR Have a combination of education and experience that meets 100% of the requirements. GS-12 Minimum Qualifications: Must have one-year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Analyzing complex data to support organizational decision-making, identifying risks, and developing mitigation strategies. Developing reports and briefings for leadership Managing or overseeing budget activities, resource allocation, or related operational and administrative processes to enhance efficiency. Applying analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills to advance program effectiveness and contribute to human capital initiatives such as workforce planning, staffing strategies, performance management, or organizational development. GS-13 Minimum Qualifications: Must have one-year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position.
