Description

Our client is in need of a Sr. Data Entry Clerk to support accurate recordkeeping and information management for a services organization in San Antonio, Texas. This position focuses on maintaining reliable data across business systems, organizing documentation, and providing timely reporting and administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly attentive to detail, comfortable working with large volumes of information, and committed to handling sensitive records with discretion.

Responsibilities:

Input, revise, and validate information within company databases and digital tools to keep records current and accurate.

Examine incoming documents for completeness and consistency before processing updates into internal systems.

Organize and maintain electronic files and physical records so information can be accessed efficiently when needed.

Conduct routine audits of entered data, identify discrepancies, and make corrections to preserve data integrity.

Prepare reports and retrieve requested information for internal teams in a timely and accurate manner.

Scan, sort, file, and catalog documents to support ongoing record management activities.

Respond to employee and department requests for data-related assistance and general information support.

Protect confidential company and client information by following established privacy and security practices.

Provide additional clerical and administrative assistance to support daily operational needs.

Requirements - Demonstrated experience performing high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in numeric entry, typing, and computer-based record management.

Ability to review documents carefully and recognize incomplete, inconsistent, or incorrect information.

Comfortable using databases, office software, and document scanning tools in a detail-focused environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage both digital and paper records effectively.

Capable of handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
