Mid-Level Executive Assistant (C Suite Experience Preferred)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with around 3–8 years of professional experience to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Salary: $30-36/hour depending on experience

This role is fully onsite for the 1st 6 months (hybrid potential after that initial training period)

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Manage and prioritize incoming communications (email, phone, correspondence) on behalf of executives
Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and internal/external communications
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
Organize and support executive meetings, board meetings, and special events, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive information with discretion
Support expense reporting, budget tracking, and invoice processing

Requirements:

3+ years related work experience
C-Suite experience highly preferred

$30 - $36 an hour
