Job Title: Team Lead Engineer

Location: New Hope, PA

Responsibilities

Own team delivery commitments and roadmap execution

Lead sprint planning, prioritization, and workload distribution

Manage team performance, feedback, and career development

Remove delivery blockers and manage risks

Maintain technical quality standards

Collaborate closely with Product and other stakeholders

Support hiring and onboarding

Requirements

10+ years Java engineering/development experience

5+ years of architectural experience

5+ years of leadership experience

Must have at least 5 years of experience with NodeJS, at the Architect level

Must have experience with REST/JSON

Strong business acumen

Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

Experience in planning and delivery management
