Career advancement opportunities The Account Sales Executive drives
Ascentek\'s growth by acquiring new customers within an assigned
territory. This role is focused primarily on prospecting, qualifying
opportunities, and closing net-new business through disciplined pipeline
management and proactive outreach. The Account Sales Executive I
identifies customer challenges and delivers value-driven solutions that
demonstrate the benefits of Ascentek\'s products, services, and
technical expertise. Once new business is secured, the Account Sales
Executive partners with Account Managers to ensure a smooth transition
and long-term customer success. Success in this role is measured by new
customer acquisition, pipeline development, and revenue growth within
the territory. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business
opportunities through cold outreach, prospecting, referrals, networking,
and market research Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified
prospects to support territory growth targets Conduct discovery
conversations to understand customer operations, challenges, and needs
Present solution-based proposals that demonstrate value, efficiency, and
total cost of ownership advantages Guide prospects through the full
sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and close Maintain
disciplined pipeline management and accurate activity tracking within
Salesforce CRM Collaborate with internal teams to align on pricing,
fulfillment, and onboarding for newly acquired customers Partner with
Account Managers to ensure successful customer onboarding and account
transition after close Monitor competitive activity and industry trends
