As a Security Officer Patrol Agent in Titusville, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access awareness throughout the site. In this people-first role, you will deliver outstanding customer service and communication while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a defense-related location.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, controlled areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and support site protocols.

Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or access permissions as directed by site policies, and communicate with site contacts regarding security-related concerns.

Support shift operations by maintaining awareness of changing conditions, following post instructions, and assisting with incident response, access control, and patrol duties as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

CPR certification is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
