Description We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina, in an onsite contract position with the potential to become permanent. This role is ideal for someone in marketing operations who can bring order to complex requests, turn business priorities into clear execution plans, and keep initiatives moving from kickoff through delivery. You will partner closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency, support campaign readiness, and strengthen visibility into performance and resource alignment.

Responsibilities:

Convert business objectives into organized marketing plans, timelines, and actionable deliverables.

Coordinate projects across stakeholders by defining ownership, tracking milestones, and resolving execution roadblocks.

Manage day-to-day marketing workflows to ensure campaigns and initiatives are completed accurately and on schedule.

Develop and refine processes, tools, and operating procedures that improve consistency, efficiency, and scalability within marketing.

Maintain marketing assets and resource organization to support easy access, version control, and team collaboration.

Monitor budget usage and help align marketing resources with current priorities and planned initiatives.

Communicate upcoming campaigns, promotions, and launches internally so operational teams are prepared before public release.

Review marketing results, identify performance trends, and share insights that connect activity to leads, calls, and service demand.

Build strong feedback channels between field teams and marketing to improve decision-making and execution quality.

Handle incoming project requests and drive implementation through completion with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach. Requirements - 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related marketing execution role.

Proven ability to translate loosely defined business needs into structured plans, processes, and completed deliverables.

Hands-on experience managing campaign execution, workflow coordination, and cross-functional project delivery.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, email campaigns, campaign planning, and brand-building support activities.

Experience using project or workflow management platforms such as Monday.com or comparable tools.

Analytical ability to evaluate marketing performance and connect results to operational metrics and business outcomes.

Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an onsite environment.

Preferred experience includes multi-location business support, digital asset management systems, Adobe Experience Manager or similar platforms, and exposure to traditional media buying. Innovation starts with people.®
