In this unarmed role, you will use strong communication, teamwork, and integrity while contributing to a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative environment.

Pay Rate: $23.50 / Hour

Day Time

Wed07:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Fri07:00 AM - 11:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting issues to site leadership as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout guest areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access points, visitor activity, and delivery areas in accordance with location protocols, offering courteous assistance and clear direction when needed.

Support hotel and resort operations during high-traffic periods, special events, and after-hours activity by maintaining a visible presence and communicating with staff and/or emergency services when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
