What you'll do:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and resource allocation.
Create and communicate detailed project plans, schedules, and status updates to support objectives and manage expectations.
Oversee multiple projects or work streams, ensuring adherence to project management standards and timely delivery of solutions.
Monitor project budgets, identify risks, and escalate changes to maintain project performance and goals.
Lead and mentor team members, fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.
Promote compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and operational excellence throughout project execution.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience managing multiple medium-scale projects or work streams with strong project planning and scheduling skills.
Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and project sponsors to align objectives and secure resource approvals.
Expertise in monitoring project budgets, costs, and performance while identifying and addressing risks and changes proactively.
Strong communication skills to deliver clear status updates and facilitate collaboration across teams.
Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and compliance with company policies.
Demonstrated adaptability and continuous improvement mindset to enhance processes and outcomes.
Leadership experience in mentoring and developing team members to achieve business goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
