What you'll do:
Define and drive the vision and strategy for a complex product or product family, leveraging market insights and competitive assessments.
Build and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
Lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
Utilize data analytics and AI capabilities to evaluate product performance, validate assumptions, and guide decision-making.
Mentor and support product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and customer focus.
Identify innovation opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance product outcomes.
What you'll bring:
Extensive experience managing complex products or product families with strategic vision and strong technology orientation.
Proven ability to define product strategy, conduct competitive assessments, and identify market opportunities.
Expertise in project and stakeholder management, driving alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Strong skills in data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics, A/B testing, and leveraging AI capabilities.
Demonstrated success in developing and managing product roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and mitigating risks.
Ability to mentor and guide product managers, fostering continuous learning and development.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical and business information clearly.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
