Job Title: Supply Chain Project Manager

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance agility and standardization across critical supply chain elements in the wake of a major supply disruption. In this role, you will drive alignment across internal departments to reduce supply risk, improve resiliency, and enable flexible sourcing strategies. You will oversee complex, multi-stakeholder programs involving design alignment, supplier readiness, implementation planning, and execution governance across multiple business lines and sites. Supported by the supply chain leadership, you will navigate internal structures to align cross-functional stakeholders, harmonize specifications, and develop implementation and adoption strategies that achieve program objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional supply chain initiatives focused on improving agility, standardization, and resiliency across critical supply chain elements.
Drive alignment across internal departments to reduce supply risk and enable flexible sourcing strategies across multiple business lines and sites.
Develop and execute material program strategies that effectively balance cost, schedule, and risk management.
Coordinate design alignment and supplier readiness activities to ensure successful implementation of supply chain programs.
Create and manage detailed implementation plans and execution governance frameworks for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Bridge strategic and tactical domains by coordinating with stakeholders at all levels within the organization and with external partners.
Define specific program objectives for areas of responsibility and ensure completion of preliminary activities such as outcome definition, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning.
Ensure that all assigned projects and programs are completed in accordance with predetermined requirements, including specifications, cost targets, resource utilization, and timelines.
Document all phases of project, program, and process development, and ensure that relevant information is reported, disseminated, or transferred to other functional areas as appropriate.
Monitor and ensure effective utilization of resources and financial costs across programs and projects.
Collaborate effectively with staff to maximize productivity and program performance.
Lead others to solve complex problems using sophisticated analytical thought, sound judgment, and innovative solutions.
Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, and services.
Communicate complex and difficult concepts clearly and negotiate with stakeholders to influence and align differing points of view.
Essential Skills
At least 5 years of experience in program administration, with a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing material program strategies, including cost, schedule, and risk management.
Strong supply chain and supply chain management expertise, with experience in inventory and project management.
Ability to thrive in situations requiring strong business acumen, technical understanding, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Advanced problem-solving skills, with experience leading others to solve complex problems using sophisticated analytical approaches.
Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to enhance products, processes, or services.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain difficult concepts and negotiate with stakeholders to adopt new perspectives.
Proven ability to bridge strategic and tactical domains and coordinate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels and with external partners.
Experience ensuring that program objectives, outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource plans are clearly defined and executed.
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects and programs in line with specifications, cost, resource, and timeline requirements.
Strong documentation and reporting skills, ensuring that project and program information is captured and shared appropriately across functional areas.
Ability to manage resources and financial costs effectively to support program success.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working in complex, multi-site supply chain environments undergoing recovery or transformation is highly beneficial.
Comfort working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders, including operations, procurement, and external suppliers.
Ability to influence without direct authority and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in planning, tracking, and documenting program activities.
Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities and constraints.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role based in Palo Alto, with the primary onsite location conveniently situated near a major highway corridor. The position offers flexibility in scheduling, and you may occasionally be asked to work on weekends to support critical program activities or implementation milestones. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in both onsite and remote settings, using standard office technologies and project management tools to coordinate complex initiatives across multiple business lines and sites.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $85.00/hr.
