Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative sector, is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Telemarketing Associate to join their team. As a Telemarketing Associate, you will be part of the customer service team supporting existing clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Telemarketing Associate - Part Time

Location: Poughkeepsie, NY

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour

Shift: Part Time- Varies Between 11am-6:00pm- 20 hrs/Wk

What's the Job?

Calling existing clients to set up review appointments

Answering phones and providing excellent customer service

Sending out service forms as needed

Performing basic administrative duties

Maintaining a comfortable and professional phone presence

What's Needed?

Strong verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable using phone systems and handling customer inquiries

Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Flexibility to work varied hours as needed
