Job Title: HVAC Component Assembler

?? 1st Shift: Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

?? Overnight Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (3/4 Rotation Schedule)

?? What You'll Do

Assemble HVAC and building-solution components following work instructions

Measure, cut, and prepare materials using a tape measure (metric system)

Use micrometers and other tools to verify product quality

Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently

Inspect finished products for defects and accuracy

Work with plastic tubing and piping components used in HVAC systems

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Meet daily production goals while working as part of a team

Ability to accurately read a tape measure

Comfortable using hand and power tools

Strong attention to detail and quality

Good mechanical aptitude

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Reliable team player with a strong work ethic

Able to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift

You'll work in a modern manufacturing facility assembling plastic tubing and piping components used in HVAC systems. The environment is fast-paced, team-oriented, and focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Overnight Schedule (C-Shift):

Week 1: Monday-Wednesday

Week 2: Monday-Thursday

12-hour shifts with built-in overtime

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waterford, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50/hr.
