Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin or Go.
5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
Experience with complex technologies software and cloud infrastructure systems.
Experience with New Product Introduction.
Experience with cloud virtualization, bare metal as a service.
Experience collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders and teams.
Knowledge of server hardware architecture - CPU, Memory, NIC and storage with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and expand software engineering teams while partnering with stakeholders to define and execute the strategic roadmap for Bare Metal and Memory Optimized instances.
Drive the full engineering lifecycle for new offerings, managing hardware platform engagement, software development, launch, and post-launch support.
Oversee secure, scalable system-level architectural design and implementation across virtualization and hardware-software interfaces.
Align closely with cross-functional hardware, platform, kernel, networking, storage, and SRE teams to deliver seamless, integrated cloud solutions.
Maintain high operational standards for production services while advocating for customer needs and continuously optimizing development processes.
