Adecco is actively hiring Entry-Level Sanitation Associates for a leading manufacturing client in a rapidly expanding facility located in Goodyear, AZ. As a Sanitation Associate, you will play a crucial role in upholding food safety standards by thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, tools, and facility areas in compliance with all relevant food safety and regulatory guidelines.

Starting Pay: $17.75/hr + overtime opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

Thoroughly clean and sanitize food production equipment, packaging and kitting machinery, surfaces, and cooking equipment

Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout all work areas to ensure safety and compliance

Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including safety protocols, GMP, SQF, PPE, and hygiene policies

Immediately report any food safety or sanitation concerns to supervisors

Collaborate with Quality, Production, and other departments to address sanitation and food safety issues

Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals following safety guidelines

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required

No previous experience necessary-training provided

Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

Comfortable working in cold environments

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Location: Goodyear, AZ, with easy access from surrounding areas

Note: This role involves exposure to the top 8 food allergens, including eggs, shellfish, fish, tree nuts, nuts, wheat, soy, and milk

Pay Details: $17.75 per hour
