Primary responsibilities include:

Assist customers, business partners, and drivers via phone and email while providing outstanding customer service.

Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and delivery issues in a professional and timely manner.

Monitor delivery routes, process order changes or cancellations, and ensure accurate shipment documentation.

Scan haul-away pods, verify required stamps, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work well under pressure.

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
