Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Customer Service Representative positions in King of Prussia, PA. Responsibilities:

· Provide exceptional customer service through email and phone communication while meeting service level expectations

· Manage order lifecycle including order entry, tracking, and invoicing using order management systems

· Collaborate with Sales, supply chain, finance, and regulatory teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and delivery

· Coordinate logistics, shipping, and tracking while proactively resolving and escalating customer service issues

Requirements:

· High school diploma with 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

· Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred

· Self-motivated, detail-oriented problem solver with ability to manage high-volume workload and multitask

Perks:

· Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Pay Details: $20.50 per hour
