As a Security Officer Armed Driver Patrol Assignment in Cypress, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an armed patrol officer in a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support customers and staff with strong communication and service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a retail location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting local law enforcement and/or emergency services when appropriate.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.

Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, document observed conditions and/or incidents, and report security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Assist with de-escalation, access control, and/or loss prevention support while maintaining a visible presence in accordance with post orders and applicable armed post requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
