Our client, a leader in the engineering and technology sector, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Principal Electrical Engineer to join their team. As a Principal Electrical Engineer, you will be an integral part of the engineering department, supporting innovative projects and collaborating with a talented team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, aligning successfully with the organization's goals and values.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

Conduct design analysis on components and assemblies to support development processes, ensuring designs are cost-effective, manufacturable, and reliable.

Coordinate with engineering personnel to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.

Provide technical guidance and act as an internal consultant on complex projects, sharing expertise to enhance project outcomes.

Engage in cross-disciplinary collaboration to optimize design solutions and improve overall project efficiency.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team to foster innovation and excellence.

What's Needed?

Associates Degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering or related areas.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed design analysis.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.

Proven ability to provide technical guidance on complex projects and contribute to innovative solutions.
