Our client, an industry leader in autonomous mobility, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Engineering Lab. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, innovation, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $45/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

Assist engineers during the development of new products to optimize manufacturing processes.

Accurately assemble and test a variety of electronic hardware from proto@types through short-run production.

Support projects developed by cross-functional teams, ensuring quality and schedule adherence.

Perform final product testing in accordance with written procedures.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following detailed process instructions.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree with 4 to 6 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly.

Technical training such as soldering, trade school, or OJT classes (preferred).

Ability to read technical documents and drawings accurately.

Proficiency with Google Suite including Docs, Sheets, and Slides, and experience using a computer for data entry and research.

Hands-on experience with assembly tools such as cutters, crimpers, soldering irons, pin insertion/removal tools, and torque tools.
