Access Control Specialist Night Shift

Our client, a leading Manufacturing warehouse, is seeking Access Control Specialists to join their team. As an Access Control Specialist, you will be part of the security operations supporting a safe and secure environment. The ideal candidate will have skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Access Control / Security Associate

Location: Jacksonville, FL 32221

Pay Range: $18.57/hr

Shift: 6 PM - 6AM NIGHT SHIFT 2-2-3 rotating schedule

What's the Job

Enforce facility access policies, including visitor control and phone/email screening.

Respond to and manage incidents, including medical emergencies and fire alarms.

Audit patrols and checkpoint logs to ensure compliance and consistency.

What's Needed?

Valid Florida Class D Security License (Required upon conversion).

High School Diploma or GED.

1-2 years of experience in security

First Aid/CPR/AED certification (preferred or willing to obtain).

Strong verbal/written communication and leadership skills.

Schedule flexibility to support gaps in shift coverage
