Define current-state and future-state finance process maps.
Identify opportunities for standardization, automation, analytics, and operating model improvements.
Support Finance transformation initiatives involving ERP, EPM, workflow automation, data platforms, analytics, and AI.
Help clients improve finance efficiency, close cycle times, forecasting accuracy, working capital, compliance, and decision support.
Develop transformation roadmaps aligned with business priorities and technology maturity.
Required Industry Experience
The ideal candidate should have worked in a corporate Finance department within industry before moving into consulting, technology, or advisory roles.

Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance processes
Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, FP&A, Treasury, and Controls knowledge
Month-end close, consolidation, reporting, reconciliations, and compliance experience
Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Knowledge of finance operating models, shared services, and process standardization
Ability to identify finance process inefficiencies and transformation opportunities
Go-to-Market and Offering Skills
Ability to create market-relevant Finance offerings
Strong point-of-view development and storytelling capability
Ability to convert finance pain points into packaged solutions
Agentic AI and Digital Finance Skills
Understanding of AI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation in Finance
Ability to identify Agentic AI use cases across Finance processes
Familiarity with AI agents, workflow automation, human-in-the-loop models, and governance
Understanding of data requirements for Finance AI use cases
Ability to define AI-enabled finance business cases and adoption roadmaps
Awareness of risk, compliance, explainability, and control considerations for AI in Finance
Consulting and Leadership Skills
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, data, and AI
Strong problem-solving and structured thinking
Strong business acumen and ability to engage senior executives
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
10+ years of experience across Finance operations, Finance transformation, consulting, or technology-enabled business transformation
Prior hands-on experience working within an industry Finance department
Strong understanding of Finance business processes from transaction processing to reporting and decision support
Experience engaging with senior Finance stakeholders and leading client discussions
Demonstrated ability to develop offerings, solution concepts, or transformation roadmaps
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
MBA, CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent Finance qualification
Experience in consulting, advisory, or technology services
Experience with ERP/EPM transformation programs
Exposure to AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, or finance analytics
Experience developing go-to-market assets, white papers, proposals, or executive presentations
Industry experience in Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Technology, or Industrial sectors
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $120,000-$220,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.?
