Title & Registration Administrator $27 per Hour

Kelly Services is partnering with a leading equipment company who is looking for a Title & Registration Administrator in Milford, MA.

Shift: 8-5pm

Pay: $27 per hour

Responsibility:

Process title and registrations for earthmoving, power systems, and vocational truck equipment.

Transmittal of sales information to Caterpillar.

Communication of warranty information to warranty department.

Creation of asset ID numbers.

Receiving of equipment from Caterpillar and Allied vendors

Monitor internal work flow email inbox.

Prompt response to incoming calls and return of voice messages.

Responsible for proactively establishing positive working relationships with others by demonstrating excellent behavior, flexibility and effective communication skills.

Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials.

Archiving of documents in electronic form.

Qualifications

2 years of relevant work experience

Solid understanding of finance principles and creative problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and related software.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and urgency in meeting customer expectations.
