Assembly Worker

Kelly Services is partnering with a leading manufacturing who is looking for Assembly workers in Holliston, MA.

Shift: 7:40-4pm

Pay: $21

Responsibilities:

Assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts and components as specified.

Interpret work documents, bill of materials, and procedures.

Exhibit and maintain high accuracy and efficiency while producing quality products.

Accurately conduct product tests and calibrate parts to ensure compliance with tolerances, product specifications, and quality standards.

Repair or refit parts/units that fail tests or tolerance levels as needed.

Identify and document non-conformities.

Inspect results to ensure conformance with work documents.

Qualifications:

0-1 year assembly experience

Ability to identify, form, and install various components required

Knowledge of blueprints/schematics preferred

Strong communication skills
