¿Cómo será un día típico como AD10 - Asistente Administrativo I?
Ejecución de tareas administrativas y excelente atención al cliente, tanto interna como externamente
Bilingue Español e Ingles fluido
Manejo de documentación, atención de llamadas y recepción de visitantes con profesionalismo
Registro de inscripciones a torneos, procesamiento de pagos electrónicos y conciliaciones diarias
Mantenimiento del orden y limpieza en los espacios compartidos de la oficina
Coordinación de reuniones con jugadores, padres, miembros de juntas y voluntarios
Actualización de bases de datos con información relevante de programas y participantes
Gestión de inventarios y uso eficiente de suministros y equipos de oficina
Apoyo en la organización y ejecución de eventos y actividades de varios departamentos
Asistencia a jugadores en la gestión de membresías e inscripciones
Colaboración positiva y apoyo transversal a todos los departamentos
Participación en reuniones internas, actividades y elaboración de informes según corresponda
