Overview

A well-established boutique law firm is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Legal Receptionist to support day-to-day front office operations. This individual will act as the face of the firm, ensuring a high level of client service while providing administrative support across teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is highly organized.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors, both in person and over the phone

Manage incoming calls via a multi-line system; direct calls and take accurate messages

Coordinate scheduling, including client meetings, consultations, and conference room logistics

Maintain a professional and organized reception area, conference rooms, and shared spaces

Process incoming and outgoing mail, including courier coordination and document handling

Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, including scanning, copying, and file organization

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed
