Location: Garden Grove, CA 92841

Pay: $21.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

Assignment Type: Temp to Hire

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our distribution center team. In this role, you will accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

Load and unload shipments from carriers and company trucks.

Verify order accuracy, quantities, and product descriptions before shipping.

Process shipping paperwork, including bills of lading (BOL), labels, and customer shipping instructions.

Use RF scanners and the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to pick, receive, and put away inventory.

Organize packed orders by shipping route.

Assist with receiving, inventory, and general warehouse duties as needed.

Cross-train and support other warehouse team members.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred.

Experience using RF scanners or a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plus.

Basic math and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to communicate effectively with team members.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Ability to work overtime when required.

General knowledge of electrical products is helpful but not required.

Experience operating Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ), High Reach Forklift, or Order Picker (OP) is required.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Steel-toed work boots are required.
