Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient HospitalAbout the Opportunity

We're partnering with a leading hospital in the Duncan, OK area seeking compassionate and driven Registered Nurses (RN) to join their inpatient team. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment with strong support, growth potential, and exposure to diverse patient populations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans

Monitor patient condition and respond to changes in clinical status

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning

Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

Minimum of 1+ year of clinical experience (new grads considered based on unit)

BLS certification required (ACLS preferred depending on unit)

Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in acute care, ICU, Med-Surg, or specialty units

Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Strong patient advocacy and clinical judgment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

PTO, 401K, HEALTH, DENTAL, VISION

This is a fully onsite position in Duncan,OK.
