Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Hospital SettingAbout the Opportunity

We're hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a growing hospital team.This is a great opportunity for both entry-level and experienced LPNs looking to build their careers in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the nursing process by assisting with patient care planning, interventions, and outcome evaluations under RN supervision

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record

Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care

Provide emotional, psychological, and educational support to patients and their families

Ensure compliance with infection control standards, medication protocols, and safety regulations

Assist with delegation of tasks as appropriate within scope of practice

Monitor and report changes in patient condition

Ensure proper use and maintenance of medical equipment

Adapt care delivery to meet diverse patient needs across age and cultural backgrounds

Qualifications

Active Oklahoma LPN license

Graduate of an accredited LPN program

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Clinical experience in a hospital or similar setting preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
