Join Allied Universal as a driving Patrol Officer at a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. In this role, you will support a welcoming environment through strong communication and customer service while representing a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and guided by integrity.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Wed05:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Thur05:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Fri05:00 PM - 11:30 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify conditions that may require attention.

Monitor customer and employee activity within assigned areas, report suspicious behavior, and support access control practices for restricted spaces such as receiving, stock, and employee-only areas.

Assist with crowd flow, store opening and closing activities, and incident response during busy shopping periods, special events, and/or emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
