The Opportunity:

Drive targeting, intelligence support to targeting, joint fires integration, joint targeting integration, and target folder integration and production activities for the team. Manage projects related to Joint Intermediate Target Development, ensuring that program objectives and standards are met . C ond uct liaisons and e nga gements with Department of War organizations supporting intelligence and joint targeting growth and mission success. Provide expert guidance on joint doctrine, intelligence analysis, and operational targeting met hodologies. Foster strong communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

You Have:

15+ years of experience as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst and Techni cia n in the U.S. government service

Experience using intelligence sof t war e and analytical tools

Experience with leadership in program management and organizational strategy, and leading at the Battalion , Brigade , Division, Corps, or Joint levels of operations

Experience serving as a Program Manager for programs such as the Army's Joint Intermediate Target Development Program, and leading strategic planning initiatives for intelligence organizations such as Army or Joint, driving long-term success

Knowledge of joint doctrine and targeting processes

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

TS/SCI clearance

Associate's degree in Intelligence Studies or Security

Completion of a Targeting Cycle and Sof t war e Applications Instructor Course such as the Joint Operational Fires and Effects Course

Ability to instruct, mentor, and develop intelligence, fires, and targeting professionals

Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Security, or a related field

Intelligence Analysis or Program Management Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
