Sr. Administrative Assistant

Description We are looking for a highly organized Senior Administrative Assistant to support executive leadership and oversee daily office coordination. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who can quickly step into a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities independently, and help maintain an efficient workplace. The role combines executive support with office administration and requires strong communication, sound judgment, and a thoughtful approach to service and operations.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day office activities to promote smooth operations and consistent administrative support across departments.

Provide direct executive support to executive leadership, including managing schedules, prioritizing appointments, and preparing for meetings.

Arrange travel plans, organize itineraries, and handle related logistics with accuracy and attention to timing.

Schedule conference calls and meetings, confirm participation, and ensure materials and details are prepared in advance.

Maintain records, reports, and business documents using Microsoft Office Suite and internal database systems.

Support the preparation, review, and organization of import and export documentation and other operational files as needed.

Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams and external visitors while delivering attentive customer service.
