Clinic Office ManagerBozeman, MTA well-established health clinic in Bozeman, Montana, is seeking an organized and customer-focused Office Manager to support daily operations and help create a positive experience for patients, employers, and healthcare providers.The ideal candidate enjoys building long-term relationships with repeat clients and local employers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional service. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently manage a variety of responsibilities while keeping operations running smoothly.Wage: $25 to $30/hour, depending on experienceSchedule: Monday through Friday - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.Essential Functions and Duties:Greet and assist patients, employers, and visitors while providing exceptional customer serviceSchedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate occupational health services and follow-up careAnswer phones, process patient check-ins/check-outs, and assist with forms and inquiriesMaintain accurate patient records, verify insurance information, and ensure HIPAA complianceSupport billing, payment processing, account inquiries, and client communicationsAssist with clinic operations, office organization, supply management, and administrative support for providers and leadershipQualifications:Previous experience in a medical office, healthcare administration, office management, or a related fieldStrong customer service, interpersonal, and professional communication skillsExperience with insurance verification, billing, or medical claims processing preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferredDetail-oriented, dependable, and compassionate with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to exceptional patient careGet in touch!
