Job Title: Assembler - (1st Shift) ($19-21 HR)

We are looking for dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Assemblers to join our team. This position offers hands-on assembly work in a stable manufacturing environment where attention to detail matters. You'll build small, safety-critical components used in pressure systems. We are looking for individuals to start as soon as possible. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half. Apply Today!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What you'll do:

Assemble small parts including tags, sensors, liners, and gaskets using hand tools

Use an air rivet gun and drill press to complete assemblies

Apply adhesives and ensure components are aligned correctly

Follow written work instructions and verify part orientation

Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met

Complete basic production paperwork and track work orders

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What we're looking for:

Assembly or manufacturing experience (small parts preferred)

Comfortable with repetitive, detail-focused work

Experience using hand tools

Ability to follow instructions and stay organized

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chagrin Falls, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
