Position Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Pembroke, MA

Salary: $60-70k (Yearly bonus depending on company sales)

Schedule: Onsite 5x a week

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to support day-to-day AR operations. This role will manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely cash application, and effective account management while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and distribute accurate and timely customer invoices

Process incoming payments and apply cash to the appropriate accounts

Complete account reconciliations, including credits and adjustments

Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances

Communicate with customers regarding billing questions, discrepancies, and payment issues

Maintain and update customer records within the accounting system

Process returns and related account adjustments as needed

Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and account variances

Collaborate with internal teams to support accurate billing and account maintenance

Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations and reporting
