This is an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support to two Technology leaders within CVS Health's Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness organization. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of day-to-day operations, enabling leadership to focus on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to Technology leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements

Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones, prioritizing competing demands and ensuring alignment with business objectives

Prepare, edit, and format presentations, reports, and correspondence

Coordinate and support team meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up actions

Serve as a liaison between leaders, teams, and cross-functional partners

Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Track and process expense reports, invoices, and purchase requests in a timely manner

Assist with onboarding activities for new team members

Support team engagement initiatives, events, and organizational communications

Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and drive operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

3+ years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leaders

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting leaders in a technology or engineering environment

Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar platforms

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$21.10 - $49.08

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
