Job Summary

This temporary role will assist the Deputy AD of Administration in the day to day operations of both NIL/revenue sharing as well as Football Administration. The job will perform operational duties on the NIL/revenue sharing side such as assisting student-athletes with their NIL obligations, ensuring compliance with platforms like NILGo, PayPal and INFLCR. On the Football Administration front, this position will help with administrative tasks such as non-conference scheduling, potential postseason planning, weekly statistics updates and more.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

NIL/Revenue Sharing

Assist with various above cap fulfillment opportunities with student-athletes. Be present at content shooting days. Coordinate student-athletes presence and necessary requirements for the obligations

Ensure student-athlete obligations for NIL deals are being fulfilled and tracked on a monthly basis

Assist in student-athlete onboarding for platforms such as NILGo, PayPal/Hyperwallet, INFLCR, and more

Track licensing agreement work flows to ensure on time payment for all student-athletes

Collaborate with external marketing groups to assist with end to end NIL deal fulfillment

Contract creation for various above cap endeavors

Football Administration

Assist in various football administration tasks such as assisting in non-conference scheduling, potential CFP host planning, etc.

Assist in fall camp preparation at off site location (Colorado Springs) to ensure team has what it needs to be successful for a week away from our facilities

Assist in home game recruiting set up and various home game duties such as recruiting, operations, etc.

Pull together weekly stats of schools around the country compared to CU to suggest where improvement may be needed

Other duties as assigned

Assist and lead various projects that come up throughout the fall

What You Should Know

This is a temporary position working on-site.

This appointment will be from mid July to the end of Football season.

The employees are expected to work Monday - Friday standard work hours and all home football games.

What We Can Offer

$20/Hour.

What We Require

A bachelor's degree or directly related experience may substitute on a year for year basis.

What You Will Need

General understanding of Division 1 Athletics, NIL/revenue sharing principles, Microsoft Suite usage
