This role will be responsible for defining and implementing the strategy for our brands on key retailers, working collaboratively with the Online brand teams, and retailer partners to deliver on our sales goals across retailer sites.

You will act as the key account manager and day?to?day point of contact for key retailer vendor relationships

You will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders at Retailer Partners and oversee the relationships with Online Retail Partners

You will foster strong collaboration among key internal cross?functional stakeholders, and partner closely with Dir, Retailer Platform Performance Marketing to influence marketing spend in revenue?generating programs and initiatives

You will oversee the strategy and execution of the E2E business plan for key retailers, partnering closely with the retailer and ELC brand teams to oversee creative needs and execution, inventory management and out of stock escalations, etc.

You will serve as the single owner of the Brand's account and business for assigned retailer

You will advocate for the brand with the retailer, and vice versa, in order to ensure success of both parties

You will share and evangelize analytics and performance metrics across the organization

You will build scalable processes that are agile and evolve with continuous improvement

Qualifications

You hold a BS/BA and bring 10+ years work experience in sales & marketing at a retailer or brand, with a strong background in eCommerce and digital marketing. A Master's degree is preferred.

You possess a unique ability to craft compelling stories from data and educate cross?functional counterparts (e.g., brand marketing, online marketing, key retail account managers, data science, etc.).

You are a thought leader on retail media and paid search best practices, providing valuable insights to shape future strategies.

You are agile and adaptable, thriving in fast?paced environments and your natural curiosity drives you to continuously test new tactics.

You have experience managing a P&L.

You are proactive, with the ability to identify opportunities early and recommend new strategies and solutions.

Your strong time management skills allow you to successfully work across multiple brands concurrently.

Your ability to derive insights from data is second nature and you are fluent in gleaning insights and summarizing performance in a way that can be easily digested by stakeholders.

You are a natural relationship builder, with the ability to connect with stakeholders and build strong partnerships.
