The Opportunity

The Analyst - Tech Strategy position will assist with a variety of strategic programs and processes managed by the Enterprise Tech Strategy team. This role requires strong critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to gather and organize data to support team initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of technology platforms, strong financial and business awareness, and be able to help coordinate project activities. Success in this role depends on being proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals.

The Work Itself

Acts as a customer liaison and Subject Matter expert for other functions and departments within Ally Bank Partners with cross functional teams on key initiatives directly impacting Technology organization outcomes. * Support the Enterprise Technology Strategy team utilizing various platforms such as MS Office, Jira, Sharepoint, Confluence, and more to help drive efficiencies.

Support program and project activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.

Other duties or responsibilities may be required to effectively and efficiently respond to customer needs.

The Skills You Bring

Minimum Qualifications

1+ year of experience

High school diploma ore GED equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years' experience in business operations.

1+ years' experience in financial services.

Financial and banking experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree preferred or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Process management, project related and requirements gathering experience preferred

The candidate will have good product and financial knowledge, ability to interpret questions/requests and ensure proper resolution and intervene on more complex situations.

This role uses subject matter knowledge to solve a wide range of difficult problems in creative and practical ways.

The position must also understand business problems and opportunities for improvement.

Base Pay Range:

An individual's position in the range is determined by the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.

Emerging: 65000

Experienced: 90000

Expert: 115000

Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan
